Description
Junior Frenger, a smooth-talking, good-looking ex-con who borders on the psychotic, has Detective Hoke Moseley hot on his trail after he kills a Hare Krishna, robs a pickpocket and steals Moseley's badge and gun--Junior's running around town playing cops and robbers on both sides of the law.
